If the vehicle was stolen at the time of the offence you can fill in a statutory declaration with the details of the theft on it and also include a copy of the police report of the incident.

Statutory Declaration Check List
Before sending in your declaration, please ensure the following is included:

• your name and current mailing address,
• your ticket number,
• the details of the theft of your car,
• copy of the Police Report, and
• the declaration is witnessed by an authorised person.
