If you sold the vehicle before the ticket was issued, you may fill out a Statutory Declaration nominating the person or business the vehicle was sold to and the date of sale of that vehicle.

A statutory declaration can be downloaded in PDF* format by clicking here, the declaration must then be witnessed and sent by mail to:

Statutory Declaration Check List
Before sending in your declaration, please ensure the following is included:

• your name and current mailing address,
• your ticket number,
• the details of your dispute against the extra costs, and
• the declaration is witnessed by an authorised person.
