Can I pay my ticket off in instalments?
YES. Instalment arrangements are an option for City of Glen Eira Parking tickets or you may be eligible for an extension of time to pay your ticket. Go to the Contact Us section of this site for details on how to contact us to see if you are eligible.

How can I report an abandoned vehicle with in the City of Glen Eira?
To report an abandoned vehicle with in the City of Glen Eira, please contact the Council's Customer Service Centre on 9524 3333.
How can I report an offending vehicle within the City of Glen Eira?
If you wish to report a vehicle that you believe is breaching the Road Rules relevant to parking, you can contact Council's Service Centre on 9524 3333 between the hours of 7am and 9pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 7am and 11pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and on Sundays between the hours of 10.30am and 7pm.
I have paid the ticket, how long does it take to process my payment?
If you have already paid your ticket please allow sufficient time for payment to be processed. Payments made by credit card may take up to two days to process. Payments sent through the mail may take up to seven days for delivery and processing. Payments made in person at the Customer Service Centre will be receipted immediately.
I do not agree with my ticket, what are my options...
- I was not the driver at the time of the offence.
- I had sold my vehicle before the date of the offence.
- My vehicle was stolen at the time of the offence.
- I have a general dispute.
- I want to dispute the extra costs.
- I want to take the matter to court for hearing.

What happens if I do not pay my ticket before the due date?
If you do not pay your ticket before the due date you will be sent a Courtesy Letter which will incur additional costs. If the Courtesy Letter remains unpaid after the due date the ticket may be registered with Fines Victoria.
How can I view a photograph?
Photographs may have been taken at the time the Traffic Safety Officer reported your vehicle.
You may request to view any photographs that were taken by the Traffic Safety Officer. The photographs can be provided in one of the following ways:
- Via email – free of charge.
- In person – free of charge.
- Via post – fee applies.
Please note that in person photograph viewing is conducted by appointment only. Please contact Glen Eira City Council on 9524 3333 during business hours to arrange for the photographs to be emailed, posted or to arrange an appointment for an in person photograph view. The turnaround time for photograph requests is 2-3 business days.
The opportunity is offered to view photographs only. Any consideration for the withdrawal of a Parking Infringement Notice will only be considered when a written review is lodged by the Driver/Registered Owner of the reported vehicle.
